4How to Check If Your Hospital Is Cashless
- Your insurance company's website: every insurance company has a "network hospitals" search — choose Guwahati or your pin code.
- Your health insurance policy: it has the insurance company's or TPA's helpline number.
- Ask us: WhatsApp or call 70996 09955 — we check it for you and tell you what your plan covers.
Networks change over time, so check again before a planned admission.
5Planned Admission or Emergency?
Planned admission
- Check the hospital is in your plan's network
- Ask the hospital's insurance desk to send the pre-authorization a few days before
- Carry your health insurance policy, photo ID and the doctor's advice
Emergency
- Get treatment first — show your health insurance policy at admission
- Inform the insurance company as soon as possible; most insurance companies ask to be told within 24 hours of an emergency admission
- Call us — we follow up with the insurance company for you
6If the Hospital Is Not in the Network
You can still claim by reimbursement: pay the bills, keep all original bills, reports and the discharge summary, and submit the claim within the time limit in your policy. We tell you exactly which documents your insurance company needs.
